Our elk hunts take place in various types of terrain from rolling ridges of quaking aspen and pines to large north slope timber. Our Wyoming elk herd offers a high bull to cow ratio is getting more impressive by the year. We are hunting a resident elk herd, so a successful hunt is not dependent on weather. Most of the big bulls in our area are located prior to the season by our early scouting. Rifle hunts begin October 1st and run through October 31st. Most of our hunters bag an elk or have numerous opportunities. If you are looking for your first bull elk, or trying to upgrade on one you already have, this hunt will not be a disappointment.
